These Terms & Policies ("Terms") govern your access to and use of dealnest.page and any successor domain (the "Site"), operated by DealNest ("DealNest," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
By browsing, searching, subscribing to deal alerts, or otherwise using any part of the Site, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. If you are using the Site on behalf of another person or entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind them to these Terms.
DealNest is an independently run deal-discovery website. We manually source and list specific, real, in-stock products at real prices from third-party retailers, organized by category, with links that take you directly to that exact product on the retailer's own website. We are not a retailer, marketplace, reseller, or payment processor. We do not sell, ship, warranty, or take title to any product listed on the Site. Every transaction happens entirely on the third-party retailer's website, under that retailer's own terms of sale.
DealNest also offers an optional email newsletter that periodically sends subscribers a highlighted deal from our catalog, described further in Section 7.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Site. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you should only use the Site with the involvement of a parent or guardian, and should not make purchases on third-party retailer sites without appropriate permission. By using the Site, you represent that you meet these requirements.
We work to verify each listed price and product directly on the retailer's own page at the time it's added to the Site, and we avoid vague "up to X% off" listings in favor of one specific product at one specific, checked price. That said:
DealNest is not responsible for pricing errors, discontinued deals, out-of-stock items, or any discrepancy between what is shown on our Site and what is ultimately charged or available on a retailer's website.
DealNest participates in, or may participate in, affiliate marketing programs offered by the retailers and brands featured on the Site. This means that some outbound "Get Deal" links contain a tracking identifier, and if you make a purchase after clicking through, DealNest may earn a commission from the retailer or their affiliate network — at no additional cost to you. This is disclosed on every individual deal listing.
This financial relationship never influences whether we consider a listed price to be real and accurate; our sourcing standard (one specific, verified product at one specific, verified price) is applied the same way regardless of whether a given retailer has an affiliate program with us.
The Site contains links to third-party retailer websites that are not owned or controlled by DealNest. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, terms of service, security practices, pricing, product quality, customer service, or any other aspect of those third-party sites. Your interactions with any retailer you reach through DealNest — including any purchase, account creation, or data you provide them — are solely between you and that retailer, governed entirely by their own policies. We strongly encourage you to review a retailer's terms and privacy policy before making a purchase.
Signing up for deal-alert emails is entirely optional and requires you to affirmatively submit your email address through the signup form on the Site. Once subscribed, you can expect an email roughly every three days, starting the day you sign up, highlighting one deal from our current catalog. Deal-alert emails may include the same affiliate links described in Section 5, and are subject to the same disclosure.
You may unsubscribe at any time using the link in any deal-alert email, or by emailing muhammad.amin2000@icloud.com. See our Privacy Policy for more detail on how your email address is stored and used.
When using the Site, you agree that you will not:
The Site's design, layout, original text, logo, and underlying code are the property of DealNest, except where otherwise noted. Product names, brand names, logos, and trademarks referenced on the Site belong to their respective owners and are used solely to identify and describe the products and retailers being featured — this does not imply any endorsement, sponsorship, or affiliation with DealNest beyond the affiliate relationships disclosed in Section 5, where applicable.
Product photos displayed on the Site are sourced from and remain the property of the respective retailer or manufacturer, and are used to help identify the exact product being listed.
You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or otherwise exploit the Site or its original content for any commercial purpose without our express written permission.
If you submit a deal suggestion, feedback, or other content to us by email, you grant DealNest a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, and publish that submission on the Site (for example, adding a deal you suggested to our catalog), without any obligation to compensate you. Please don't submit anything you don't have the right to share, and don't submit anything false, misleading, defamatory, or infringing on someone else's rights.
THE SITE AND ALL CONTENT, DEALS, AND INFORMATION ON IT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that: (a) the Site will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free; (b) any pricing, discount, or availability information will remain accurate after the moment it was listed; (c) any product featured will meet your expectations or requirements; or (d) any errors in the Site will be corrected. Your use of the Site, and your reliance on any deal listed on it, is entirely at your own risk. We are not a party to, and have no responsibility for, any transaction between you and a third-party retailer.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, DEALNEST AND ITS OPERATOR SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO USE) THE SITE, ANY DEAL OR PRICING INFORMATION LISTED ON IT, OR ANY TRANSACTION YOU ENTER INTO WITH A THIRD-PARTY RETAILER REACHED THROUGH THE SITE — EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SITE SHALL NOT EXCEED FIFTY U.S. DOLLARS ($50), REGARDLESS OF THE THEORY OF LIABILITY. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you, in which case our liability will be limited to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless DealNest and its operator from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your violation of these Terms, your misuse of the Site, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
We may suspend or restrict your access to the Site, at our discretion, if we believe you have violated these Terms or engaged in conduct that could harm the Site, other users, or third parties. We also reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Site (or any part of it), including the deal-alert email program, at any time, with or without notice, without liability to you.
Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including Sections 9, 11, 12, 13, 15, and 16 — will survive.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in New York, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there. If you are a consumer residing in a jurisdiction that grants you the protection of mandatory local consumer-protection laws regardless of this choice of law, this section does not deprive you of that protection.
Before filing a formal claim, we'd genuinely appreciate the chance to resolve any dispute informally — please reach out to the contact details in Section 18 first.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of that right or provision.
We may revise these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Material changes may also be noted prominently on the Site. Your continued use of the Site after any revision becomes effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to a revision, your only recourse is to stop using the Site.
